The stay was wonderful. Place was fairly clean, everything was very good. Central location just off the train station as well as two tube stations and several main attractions, it was in a very very nice area. We ordered lunch at Assanabel Restaurant, located close to the venue. The queen room was silent, it included a private safe, central heating, and an iron. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

Pleasant, great budget property. Very very helpful and pretty friendly staff during our stay. Silent and fairly quiet units with a balcony and terrace plus tea or coffee. Perfect and decent location, close to a triumphal arch.

If you just need a place to sleep at night with minimum comfort (I mean clean room, bed, bath and towels) -- this hotel will fit
Just consider that rooms are pretty small. And -- oh -- no air-conditioner.

we were surprised of the quality of the hotel for such a little amount of money!!! the staff was really nice and kind. our room was big and comfortable and we had everything we needed. i don't know about breakfast, because we never used it, but the dining room seemed nice to us.

Handy base for 3 nights. Compact and functional units with tea or coffee, a bedroom, as example, and easygoing staff. Only 10 minutes walk from Jacques Bonsergent tube station.

The staff at Des 3 Nations were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to show us around the area and point out all the famous spots in Paris. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a nearby metro station making it easy to explore the city. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Just needed a bed to sleep for the night as were making our way to the coast from Milan due to volcanic disruption affecting flights.
